Do I have to buy it at the end of my subscription plan?
There is no obligation to buy, at the end of the subscription plan you need to return the device to ITEZ.SG within 7 days upon end of the subscription term.
Can I cancel my plan in the middle of the subscription term?
If the Subscription Plan is terminated or cancelled before the end of the subscription period, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of up to 50% of the remaining subscription fee upon return the device to us or 110% of the remaining subscription fee if you fail to return the device. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Can I subscribe to more than one subscription?
Depending on your credit limit, you may subscribe to more than one subscription.
What happens if the device is damaged during the subscription term.
If the subscribed device is damaged due to accidental factors or mishandling, ITEZ.SG reserved the rights to charge customers by providing the repair services based on the specific damage of the products.
What should I do if there is a problem with my subscribed device?

Can I get a loan unit while my device is being serviced?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide you a loan unit upon request.
Do I need to return the subscribed device after the end of the subscription plan?
For our current subscription plans, the subscribed device needs to return to ITEZ after the end of the subscription term. More flexible plans and options will be coming soon.
