Who is eligible to subscribe to our plan on ITEZ.SG?
To be eligible for our subscription plan, applicants must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, at least 18 years of age, with a qualified credit score and a stable income.
Which payment methods do you accept?
1. Credit or Debit Card.
2. QR PayNow – for recurring payment only.
Does the subscribed device come with warranty?
No maintenance costs or repair bills. The device you have on the subscription plan is covered by a warranty at all times. Warranty covers only manufacturer's defect.
