Our aircon subscription period ranges from 36 to 60 months. However, if you wish to terminate the plan before the minimum subscription period, a dismantling and administrative charge will be applied.
What happens after the end of the subscription?
Typically, subscribers may choose to 1) continue with the subscription at a discounted monthly fee, 2) terminate the subscription, or 3) renew and upgrade the plan to a new system.
Is this plan strictly for new BTO owners?
If you are a resale flat owner, you may also apply for this subscription.
