What is included in the water purifier subscription?
Our water purifier subscription includes:
The Happie water purifier of your choice.
Delivery and installation.
Full warranty coverage during the subscription including transport and labor.
1 time servicing per subscription year for filter change or whenever filter change reminder is triggered, up to 3 times for 3 years.
How long is the water purifier subscription for?
There is no minimum subscription period. However, if you wish to terminate within 36 months, a dismantling and administrative charge will be imposed.
What happens after the 36th month of the subscription period?
You may 1) choose to continue with the subscription at discounted monthly fee which includes yearly filter change and warranty, 2) upgrade your water purifier to a new one, or 3) terminate the subscription.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is needed. You will only need to pay for the subscription fee every month.
